At a studio this is what the spray bottles and towels or antibacterial wipes are for. Add 3 5 drops of tea tree oil and any other essential oils you d like. Tea tree oil is an astringent just like witch hazel you could probably just get away with using that. You can also buy your bottle from miracle essentials oil.

Combine all ingredients in spray bottle step 2. Spray on both sides of the mat step 4. Tea tree oil or your choice of oil only 2 drops for it s antibacterial and antifungal properties.
